This position is a full-time, non-management role based in Portland, Oregon, designed for individuals motivated to maintain and exceed The Ritz-Carlton's "Gold Standards". The day and evening shifts are preferred for this role, emphasizing flexibility and dedication. The role primarily focuses on delivering vital support services within the Residence, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the aesthetic and operational quality of the building and its surroundings. Responsibilities include periodic distribution of items such as packages, clean laundry, and dry cleaning to owners, tenants, and guests, operation of service elevators as needed, and transportation of luggage and shopping to and from units and other areas.

In addition to these core duties, the role demands a thorough approach to building maintenance, involving routine inspections of the premises to identify and document security issues, physical appearance, and maintenance conditions. The candidate will be responsible for managing waste by transporting garbage from each floor to designated loading platforms. Compliance with safety policies and procedures is paramount, as is the reporting of any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.
