This role is critical in ensuring guests receive comprehensive information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions. The team member plays an essential role in facilitating communication between guests and various departments such as Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security/Loss Prevention to address guest requests promptly and satisfactorily.

The role involves welcoming guests with genuine appreciation, providing exceptional service to anticipate and respond to their needs, including assistance to individuals with disabilities. Team members are expected to maintain a professional appearance, uphold company policies regarding safety and security, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Job Requirements

  • Notify Security of any guest reports of theft
  • Follow company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
