Job Requirements

  • No prior related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to use computers and point of sale systems
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Job Duties

  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation
  • Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft
  • Follow company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
