This position is a full-time, non-management administrative role located at The Ritz-Carlton property in Key Biscayne, Florida. The job requires proficiency in computer and office equipment operation, including databases, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. The role involves updating and retrieving information from computer databases, managing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Responsibilities extend to handling incoming and outgoing mail, preparing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems both electronically and on paper. The administrative associate is expected to represent the company’s standards by presenting a professional appearance, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and protecting company assets.
