Job Requirements
- First Class Stationary Engineer's Operating License
- Three years of related work experience
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to or more than 100 pounds
- Strong adherence to safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- Schedule maintenance of boiler, pumps, ventilation, plumbing, water and sewage, and EMS systems
- Facilitate use of service manuals, technical manuals and blueprints during maintenance
- Perform minor repairs such as changing bulbs, patching walls, painting, changing filters, and carpet cleaning
- Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment including cleaning and lubrication
- Maintain daily logs of operations, maintenance, and safety activities
- Communicate with Director of Residences and Residence Manager to resolve issues
- Adhere to company safety policies and complete required training
