The available position is a part-time, non-management role within the Rooms & Guest Services Operations category. As a member of The Ritz-Carlton team, the individual will be responsible for responding to requests from residence owners and their guests, providing information, coordinating special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, and ensuring that all visitor access protocols are strictly followed. The role involves acting as a liaison between residence owners, guests, and various hotel departments including engineering, housekeeping, and bell services to efficiently address inquiries and resolve issues.
Additional responsibilities include managing the key track system for visitor access, assisting with scheduling elevator use for move-ins and move-outs, performing Lobby Ambassador duties, and maintaining thorough communication through shift logs and daily memos. The position demands a high level of professionalism, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to upholding the confidentiality and proprietary information of the company.

Job Duties
- Respond to residence owners' and their guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
- Respond to special requests from residence owners and their guests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to residence owners and their guests about the property and surrounding area amenities including special events and activities
- Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to residence owners before allowing access and permit access only to authorized visitors, implementing the key track system
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns and contact appropriate departments as necessary
- Assist with scheduling elevator use for move-in/move-out for residence owners/tenants
- Assist with bell/valet services for owners when requested
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
- Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
- Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager and complete safety training and certifications
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge residence owners and guests according to company standards
- Speak clearly and professionally and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
