About the role: Operating from the Residential Lobby, the Residences Concierge responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the resident's needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies. The Residences Concierge handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Responsibilities include accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, assisting residents with inquiries related to residence, hotel or resort services, hours of operation, key personnel, events, and local directions. They manage packages, faxes, messages, and mail; coordinate vehicle retrieval with valet parking staff; provide building and unit access for vendors, contractors and service providers; keep collateral and information on local vendors and attractions updated; maintain homeowner profiles; and utilize software programs to ensure accurate special arrangements and billing.
The Concierge also monitors emergency situations such as fire alarms, coordinates elevator bookings for move-in/move-out periods, ensures the Residential Lobby is clean and orderly, assists Residential Service Attendants during absences or heavy volume periods, works closely with hotel/resort teams to handle deliveries and special requests smoothly, and complies fully with Four Seasons guidelines, policies and procedures. This position requires a professional demeanor and cooperative teamwork.

Job Requirements
- At least two years of post-secondary education preferred
- one to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment preferred
- excellent communication skills
- fluent in English, written and verbal
- additional language an asset
- ability to use variety of software
- ability to push, pull, carry, and lift 50lbs
- valid work authorization for the U.S.
