In this role, you will be a vital part of the Rooms and Guest Services Operations team at The Ritz-Carlton Residences. The position is full-time and non-management, meaning it offers a hands-on opportunity to engage directly with residents, guests, and service teams to ensure smooth and personalized service delivery. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to residents' inquiries and special service requests such as transportation arrangements, reservations, and laundry services. Your role will include confirming that these needs are met satisfactorily and liaising with appropriate vendors or internal teams as required.
You will also be entrusted with managing visitor access, announcing all visitors and contractors to the residents before allowing entry and ensuring only authorized individuals gain access, all while maintaining system records for key tracking. Communication skills are essential, as you will handle and process all calls, messages, and requests efficiently and courteously, coordinating with other hotel departments such as engineering, housekeeping, or valet to resolve any issues.
An important aspect of the role is offering residents information about the property and surrounding area, including special local events and activities, enhancing their living experience. You will assist in reservations services and elevator bookings ensuring seamless logistics for residents and tenants. The role also involves supporting valet services by attending to vehicle requests from residents.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Ability to work full time as scheduled
- Proficiency in Spanish required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent general education development certificate
- At least one year of related work experience
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners' inquiries about visitor information, procedures, or special services such as transportation, reservations, and laundry
- Handle special requests from Residence owners and guests with special needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Collect, summarize, and provide Residence owners and guests with information about the property and surrounding area including events and activities
- Announce all visitors, contractors, etc., to Residence owners before allowing them access and permit access only to authorized visitors while maintaining key tracking system
- Respond, log, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns, contacting appropriate persons or departments to resolve issues
- Assist with reservation services for owners and elevator bookings for resident access
- Support valet services by assisting with vehicle requests from Residence owners
- Perform Lobby Ambassador duties including reviewing shift logs and documenting pertinent information
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management and complete required safety training and certifications
- Uphold company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets
- Welcome and recognize all Residence owners and guests following company standards with attentiveness and kindness
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, written documents, and telephone etiquette
- Foster positive working relationships and support the team to achieve common goals
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical tasks requiring standing, sitting, walking for long periods, and light lifting as necessary
