Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- make arrangements or identify appropriate providers
- respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and ensure satisfaction
- gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about property and surrounding area amenities
- answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest issues
- review shift logs and document pertinent information
- monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- follow all company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop positive working relationships
