Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Respond to residence owners and guests requests for visitor information special arrangements or services such as transportation reservations and dry cleaning by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
  • Respond to special requests from residence owners and guests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction
  • Gather summarize and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities including special events and activities
  • Announce all visitors contractors to residence owners before allowing access and implement into the key track system
  • Answer record and process all calls messages requests questions or concerns and contact appropriate individual or department to resolve issues
  • Assist with owners reservation services and scheduling elevator for move-in/out
  • Perform lobby ambassador tasks and review shift logs daily memo books and document pertinent information
  • Report incidents accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager and complete safety training
  • Follow company policies procedures ensure professional appearance and maintain confidentiality
  • Welcome and acknowledge residence owners and guests and assist individuals with disabilities providing genuine appreciation
