Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
  • Fluent in Spanish and English preferred

Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners requests regarding visitor information and special services such as transportation and reservations
  • Identify and coordinate with appropriate service providers
  • Respond to special requests from Residence owners and guests with special needs and verify satisfaction
  • Communicate visitor and contractor arrivals to Residence owners and authorize access
  • Operate key tracking systems to maintain security
  • Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, inquiries, and concerns
  • Coordinate with departments such as engineering, bell services, and housekeeping to resolve issues
  • Assist with elevator reservations for owner and tenant arrivals and departures
  • Support bell and valet services by facilitating vehicle requests
  • Serve as a lobby ambassador by welcoming and recognizing owners and guests
  • Maintain and review shift logs and daily memos
  • Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions
  • Complete required safety training and certifications
  • Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain professional appearance
  • Ensure confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company property
  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods during shifts
  • Lift, move, transport, or push objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
  • Adhere to Ritz-Carlton standards of service excellence
