Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to complete safety training and certifications

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners and their guests requests for visitor information and special arrangements
- Coordinate services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
- Announce all visitors and permit access only to authorized individuals using the key track system
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, and questions
- Contact appropriate departments to resolve requests or problems
- Assist with scheduling elevator use and bell/valet services
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and review shift logs and daily memos
- Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge all Residence owners and guests
- Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
