Respond to residence owners' and their guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities. Announce visitors and ensure access to authorized personnel only. Handle calls, messages, and requests efficiently. Assist with reservation services, elevator scheduling, and bell/valet services. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and follow company policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and support team goals. Adhere to The Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards.
