The available role is a part-time, non-management position within the Rooms & Guest Services Operations category. This opportunity involves providing exemplary concierge and guest service functions to Residence owners and their guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and attentiveness. The pay range for this on-call position is $34.00 per hour, reflecting the value placed on delivering luxury service. Responsibilities include responding promptly to special service requests such as transportation, reservations, and laundry by processing requests or coordinating with appropriate vendors. The role requires proactive communication with owners and guests, confirming their satisfaction with services provided.

Additionally, the position includes duties related to security and access control by announcing and granting authorized visitor access and managing key tracking systems, ensuring the safety and comfort of Residents and their guests. Handling telephone calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism is essential, along with liaising with various hotel departments such as engineering, bell services, and housekeeping to resolve requests efficiently. Supporting reservations services (HRS) and managing elevator bookings for owner and tenant moves further contribute to the seamless operation of guest services.

The role also carries ambassadorial responsibilities, welcoming and acknowledging Residence owners and guests with genuine appreciation, including assisting individuals with disabilities and maintaining a polished personal appearance. Documentation of shift records and safety reports, adherence to company policies, and commitment to safety training complete the comprehensive responsibilities.

Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owner requests about visitor information, procedures, or special services such as transportation, reservations, and laundry by completing processes or identifying appropriate vendors
  • Respond to special requests from Residence owners and guests with special needs and verify their satisfaction
  • Collect, summarize, and provide Residence owners and guests with information about the property and surrounding area, including events and special activities
  • Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residence owners before granting access and allow access only to authorized visitors, implementing key tracking system
  • Respond, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate person or department such as engineering, bell services, or housekeeping as needed to resolve inquiries
  • Understand and assist with owners' reservation services
  • Assist in booking elevators for owner/tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Help bell services and valet when owners request their vehicles
  • Perform ambassadorial duties by welcoming and recognizing Residence owners and guests
  • Review shift records and daily memorandums, documenting relevant information
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance and protect company assets
  • Ensure compliance with Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards through exemplary service every day
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods during shifts
  • Lift, move, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
