This role is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service, who align with The Ritz-Carlton's ethos of luxury and excellence. The position involves responding to the needs of Residence owners and their guests by managing requests for visitor information, special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, or services like dry cleaning. The role requires making appropriate arrangements or identifying suitable providers, ensuring that each request is handled with personalized attention to promote satisfaction. Responsibilities also include announcing visitors, managing access control systems, processing calls and messages, assisting with reservation services, and coordinating logistical needs such as elevator scheduling and valet services.

The employee will perform essential duties like acting as a Lobby Ambassador, maintaining communication logs, documenting shift activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. A key part of the role is to uphold The Ritz-Carlton's service excellence standards by welcoming Residence owners and guests with professionalism, anticipating their needs, and providing assistance to individuals with disabilities. Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the capability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial. The position requires physical stamina for standing or walking extended periods and the ability to handle light lifting tasks. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and confidentiality
  • Availability to perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Job Duties
