Job Duties
- Respond to Residence property owners requests regarding visitor information, procedures, or special services (e.g., transportation, reservations, laundry)
- Respond to special requests from Residence owners and guests with special needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Collect, summarize, and provide information to Residence owners and guests about the property and surrounding area, including events and special activities
- Announce all visitors, contractors, etc., to Residence owners before allowing them to access and permit entry only to authorized visitors, and implement key tracking system
- Answer, log, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact the appropriate person or department (e.g., engineer, bell staff, housekeeping) as necessary to resolve calls, requests, or issues
- Assist with reservation services for owners (HRS)
- Help book the elevator for Residence owners/tenant move-in and move-out
- Assist bell/valet services when owners request their vehicles
- Perform Lobby Ambassador duties
- Review shift logs/daily memos and document pertinent information in logbooks
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to a manager, and complete safety training and certifications
- Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain a neat and professional appearance, protect proprietary information, and safeguard company assets
- Greet and recognize all Residence owners and guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet service needs, assist persons with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others, prepare and accurately review documents promptly, and use appropriate telephone etiquette
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee issues
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods or entire shifts
- Move, lift, carry, push, drag, and position objects up to 10 pounds unaided
- Perform other reasonable work duties as assigned
