The part-time position available within the Rooms and Guest Services Operations team is titled Lobby Ambassador. This non-management role offers an hourly wage of $20.00 and involves providing attentive and personalized assistance to Residence owners and their guests. The Lobby Ambassador serves as a pivotal point of communication and coordination, ensuring that all requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services—such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning—are handled promptly and efficiently. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to engage warmly with guests, anticipating their needs and facilitating seamless experiences.
Among the primary responsibilities, the Lobby Ambassador announces and grants access to authorized visitors, contractors, and guests, implementing protocols such as the key track system to ensure security and privacy. They manage all incoming communications, including phone calls and messages, and liaise with various departments like Engineering, Bell Services, and Housekeeping to resolve concerns swiftly. Scheduling support, such as coordinating elevator usage for move-ins and assisting with valet services for vehicles, also falls within their remit. Additionally, thorough documentation and review of shift logs and daily memos help maintain operational continuity.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand sit or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift carry push pull objects up to 10 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to follow company policies and confidentiality standards

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners and guests requests for visitor information special arrangements or services
- Announce all visitors contractors to Residence owners before allowing access
- Answer record and process all calls messages requests questions or concerns
- Contact appropriate departments such as Engineering Bell Services Housekeeping to resolve issues
- Assist with owners reservation services and scheduling elevator for move-in/out
- Perform Bell/valet services upon owner request
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information
- Report incidents accidents injuries unsafe work conditions and complete safety training
- Welcome and acknowledge Residence owners and guests according to company standards
- Adhere to The Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards
