The Housekeeping & Laundry team plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards associated with The Ritz-Carlton’s brand. As part of the Housekeeping & Laundry team, you will be responsible for ensuring every room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness. The tasks include making beds with precision, replacing guest courtesies and supplies, cleaning and organizing furniture and appliances, dusting and polishing surfaces, and maintaining floors and carpets. Additionally, you will be the face of the hotel by welcoming guests, responding to their requests, and contributing positively to their overall experience. This position also requires physical endurance as it involves lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, and maintaining a professional appearance with a clean uniform.
