We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Valet to join our dynamic team. The Valet will be responsible for providing top-notch parking and vehicle retrieval services while delivering courteous and professional guest interactions. This role involves greeting guests warmly, efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the valet area is clean and well-organized. The role requires adherence to safety standards and effective communication with team members to provide seamless service. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks with professionalism. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role preferably in a hospitality or related setting
  • Proven experience in handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience adhering to strict safety and security protocols
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner providing prompt and courteous service
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas following established procedures and traffic laws
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles including keys and vehicle information
  • Assist guests with luggage and other belongings ensuring their safe handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area including sweeping emptying trash receptacles and reporting any maintenance issues
  • Monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles efficiently to minimize congestion
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures including wearing proper attire and using safety equipment
  • Communicate effectively with other valet attendants security personnel and other staff members
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
