Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexible schedule including availability for events and networking

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
