- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
- Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and motivation
- Manage lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and secure access to sensitive areas
- Set high standards for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
- Step up to perform the Housekeeping Manager's duties when they are absent
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hotel policies
- Coordinate schedules and workflow for the housekeeping team
