The Housekeeping Supervisor role is a vital part of maintaining the high standards and smooth operation that define our hotel. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be the backbone of the hotel's cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring that every guest's stay is spotless, comfortable, and memorable. You will lead a dedicated team, including Room Attendants and House Attendants, motivating them through clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive work environment. This role is a leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations, conducting thorough inspections, creating performance reports, and ensuring productivity goals are met day-to-day.

In addition to operational duties, you will serve as the key safety and security officer within housekeeping. Managing lost-and-found items with discretion, controlling key distribution, and securing access to sensitive areas such as storage rooms and master keys fall under your careful supervision.
