Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to high cleanliness and safety standards
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
  • Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and motivation
  • Manage lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and secure access to sensitive areas
  • Set high standards for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
  • Step up to perform the Housekeeping Manager's duties when they are absent
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hotel policies
  • Coordinate schedules and workflow for the housekeeping team
