The Housekeeping Supervisor role is a vital part of maintaining the high standards and smooth operation that define our hotel. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be the backbone of the hotel's cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring that every guest's stay is spotless, comfortable, and memorable. You will lead a dedicated team, including Room Attendants and House Attendants, motivating them through clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive work environment. This role is a leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations, conducting thorough inspections, creating performance reports, and ensuring productivity goals are met day-to-day.
In addition to operational duties, you will serve as the key safety and security officer within housekeeping. Managing lost-and-found items with discretion, controlling key distribution, and securing access to sensitive areas such as storage rooms and master keys fall under your careful supervision. Your commitment to cleanliness and sanitation will set the standard throughout the property, assuring guests of their safety and satisfaction every time they visit.
This full-time position comes with an initial waiting period after which employees become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
