This commitment to excellence extends beyond physical spaces, combining engaging and personalized service to create unforgettable guest experiences.\n\nWithin this esteemed company, the Fairmont Century Plaza stands as an iconic establishment known both for its historical significance and its modernized luxury. The contemporary take on luxury here blends tradition with innovation, offering an environment that fosters creativity, energy, respect, and integrity. The workplace promotes diversity and inclusion, creating a home away from home for its employees where trust and fair treatment are paramount.\n\nThe role of a Residential Team Member at Fairmont Century Plaza is a vital position focused on turning moments into lasting memories for owners, residents, and guests. Acting as a liaison, this individual greets owners and guests upon arrival, manages the arrival and departure processes per the highest service standards, and ensures package and luggage deliveries are managed promptly. Asset management and inspection of condo units fall under this role too, identifying and reporting maintenance or repair issues to maintain the property at its premium best.\n\nWorking at Fairmont offers a unique career path with numerous opportunities for professional growth and personal development. Employees benefit from an exclusive employee benefit card offering discounted rates within the Accor hotel group worldwide, enriching travel experiences. The property’s commitment to inclusion ensures that everyone, regardless of background or identity, finds a supportive workplace. Candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
