Job Duties
- Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay enjoyable
- effectively and seriously deal with guest complaints
- serve as information agent for hotel guests and handle their needs in a timely manner
- have knowledge of Park City and surrounding area points of interest
- make and confirm dining reservations for all guests
- maintain communication with all hotel departments
- demonstrate a friendly and professional attitude with guests and employees
- acknowledge owners and previous guests appropriately
