Job Description

The Stein Collection is a distinguished luxury hospitality brand renowned for its exceptional accommodations and impeccable service in the heart of Park City, Utah. Famous primarily for its flagship property, Stein Eriksen Lodge, along with Stein Eriksen Residences, The Chateaux Deer Valley, and The Chateaux Residences, the company is deeply committed to delivering unparalleled guest experiences that blend Deer Valley's residential elegance with the personalized amenities and services expected of a luxury hotel. This collection offers its guests and property owners a unique fractional ownership model at The Residences at the Chateaux, allowing them premium access to ski homes at a fraction of the traditional cost while enjoying exclusive club atmospheres and first-class hospitality standards.

Stein Collection is more than just a hospitality company; it represents a long-standing tradition of excellence and community involvement. Based in a vibrant and community-oriented town like Park City, the organization takes pride in fostering a respectful and positive company culture that values its employees as key contributors to its success. With hundreds of devoted team members working year-round, many have served for over a decade, underscoring the company’s commitment to loyalty, development, and a supportive work environment.

The role of Front Desk Agent and Concierge at The Residences at the Chateaux is a critical position that serves as the welcoming face for all guests arriving at the Residence Club. This combined role requires a personable and professional individual who is adept at managing guest relations, providing comprehensive information on local attractions and events, and fulfilling guest requests efficiently and courteously. The Front Desk Agent and Concierge must exhibit patience, tact, and resourcefulness to meet the diverse and sometimes challenging demands of discerning clientele while ensuring their stay is as enjoyable and seamless as possible.

Candidates in this role will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, addressing any complaints with effective solutions, coordinating dining and activity reservations, maintaining open communication with all hotel departments, and recognizing returning owners and guests in a manner befitting their status. The position embodies the essence of hospitality excellence and requires a proactive approach to service that anticipates guest needs and enhances their overall experience.

Working at Stein Collection offers more than just a job; it provides an opportunity to be part of a legendary brand that champions ongoing training, employee wellness, and work-life balance. The company offers paid training programs, chef-prepared meals at no cost, secure employee parking in a heated garage, and unparalleled ski and snowboard benefits at world-class resorts including Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, and Canyons Resort. Additionally, the employer supports flexible scheduling and time-off policies tailored to accommodate personal commitments such as family and education. Regular team member appreciation events, monthly raffles for event tickets, and generous discounts on hotel amenities ensure that employees feel valued and engaged. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Stein Collection prioritizes fairness and inclusivity while complying with all federal employment laws and ensuring all applicants are informed of their rights.
