Job Description
The Stein Collection is a distinguished hospitality group known for creating legendary experiences for their team members, guests, and owners across their four premier properties: Stein Eriksen Lodge, Stein Eriksen Residences, The Chateaux Deer Valley, and The Chateaux Residences. Rooted in the vibrant community of Park City, Stein Collection merges luxury with a deep commitment to fostering a positive, respectful company culture that values every team member as an essential part of their success. Established as an iconic brand in the region, Stein Collection boasts a loyal staff base, with many employees celebrating over a decade of service, reflecting the organization's dedication to employee satisfaction and growth.
The Residences at the Chateaux introduce an innovative club ownership model that offers owners fractional shares in a premium Deer Valley ski home. This unique concept combines the elegance of Deer Valley residential living with the services and amenities typical of a luxury hotel, providing owners not only a beautiful retreat but also exclusive access to sophisticated club ambiance and personalized services. The property is designed to elevate the residential experience with exceptional luxury, comfort, and convenience.
The role of Front Desk Agent and Concierge at The Residences represents the welcoming face of the Residence Club, serving as the first point of contact for guests and owners alike. This position is critical in ensuring a memorable guest experience through timely and efficient handling of requests, providing expert information about local activities and events, and offering exceptional customer service with patience, tact, and resourcefulness. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about the Park City area, adept at managing guest needs ranging from dining reservations to addressing complaints, and maintaining open and effective communication with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. This dual role demands a warm yet professional demeanor as the agent interacts respectfully with all guests, especially owners and returning visitors, reinforcing the high standards of the Stein Collection brand.
Employment with Stein Collection offers a comprehensive and rewarding work environment with a suite of benefits designed to support work-life balance and personal development. These include paid training programs, complimentary chef-prepared meals, convenient heated employee parking, and exclusive ski and snowboard perks at renowned resorts including Park City Mountain, Canyons Resort, and Deer Valley Resort. Flexibility in scheduling accommodates family and educational needs, while fun and engaging team events foster a supportive and dynamic workplace culture. Additional perks such as discounts on hotel rooms, spa services, dining, shopping, and equipment rentals further enhance the employment experience, reflecting Stein Collection's commitment to valuing and rewarding its team members.
