The Residence Club Scottsdale is currently seeking a talented Front Desk Agent to join its team. This full-time role is pivotal in providing a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for Residence Club owners and guests. The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact and plays a critical role in ensuring guests’ needs are met with personalized attention and professionalism from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, issuing keys, handling payments, and offering guided tours of the property. The position demands a high level of customer service acumen, multitasking ability, and comfort operating hospitality software like Opera and HOTSOS. Agents also assist with concierge requests, maintenance coordination, and upholding operational standards to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work 8 hour shifts at a stand-up desk
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude with strong adaptability
  • Knowledge of or ability to use computer equipment or software related to hospitality and business administration
  • Previous residential property experience is a plus
  • Previous front desk or guest services experience utilizing Opera, HOTSOS, Microsoft applications, Birchstreet is a plus
  • Ability to read and speak English in a clear manner
  • Additional language skill is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and registering residence club owners and guests
  • check-in/check-out, issuing keys, collecting method of payments, and verbal introduction and tour of the property
  • Answering, assisting, and completing guest requests via phone or email
  • Completing daily front desk duties and fostering a healthy team environment
  • Using on-property POS system to manage guest reservations
  • Assisting guests with concierge requests including dining and local activities
  • Managing maintenance requests and communications between departments
  • Handling financial controls including credit audits and cash management
  • Addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly
  • Supporting shifts as needed including guest movements and clubhouse upkeep
