Job Description

Four Seasons is renowned worldwide as a leader in luxury hospitality, celebrated for its exceptional service and exquisite properties. Founded with a vision to deliver memorable experiences through a commitment to quality, Four Seasons has built a reputation grounded in genuine care and attention to detail. The company operates a collection of premier hotels and resorts across the globe, where team members are empowered and motivated to achieve excellence and create lasting impressions for guests, residents, and partners. With a culture that values respect, teamwork, and ongoing development, Four Seasons fosters a workplace where individuals are encouraged to grow and thrive, embracing challenges as opportunities to learn and excel. The company’s promise is to treat everyone with the courtesy and kindness it desires in return, solidifying its position as a distinguished name in luxury hospitality.

Located on Palm Beach Island, Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is the only Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort in the area, presenting a timeless and charming atmosphere intimately connected to a private beachfront just steps from the resort’s door. The resort is distinguished by its exquisite dining options, notably featuring Florie’s, a restaurant in partnership with the Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco, acclaimed globally for excellence. This setting offers an authentic, elegant Palm Beach experience where guests encounter unparalleled luxury and personalized service in a paradise-like environment.

The Reservations Sales Specialist role at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is a pivotal position responsible for managing and converting reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings across a cluster of South Florida luxury hotels, including Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club, and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale. Reporting to the Senior Director of Reservations, this position functions as an extension of the Sales Team, focusing deeply on the guest journey by providing personalized pre-arrival engagement and expert coordination of accommodations. The role demands flexibility to support all properties within the shared services model, embracing a collaborative approach to ensure operational efficiency and consistency across locations.

This specialist acts as the first point of contact for potential guests, handling communication through various channels such as phone, email, web, and chat platforms. Their responsibilities include confirming room, suite, residence, spa, dining, and other related bookings, ensuring every interaction meets Four Seasons’ exacting standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate is adept at multitasking within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong organizational and communication skills essential for success. The role further involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support group and guest recognition efforts and playing a part in emergency communication protocols, all of which contribute to a seamless guest experience.

In return, Four Seasons offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package to support employee well-being and professional growth. This includes access to employee discounts, retirement plans with company matching, training opportunities, and additional perks such as complimentary meals and dry cleaning services. A flexible schedule that accommodates mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays is required as part of the position's dynamic operational demands. The company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer and encourages applications from diverse backgrounds, reinforcing a culture of inclusion and respect. This role promises a rewarding career opportunity for individuals passionate about luxury hospitality and ready to contribute to one of the most iconic and revered brands in the industry.
