Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department
- Manage room inventory, rates, and availability to maximize revenue
- Provide personalized service to guests, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues
- Train and supervise reservations staff, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Monitor reservation systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest experiences and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement strategies to increase reservation conversions and upsell opportunities
