Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of related experience in hospitality or customer service
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- strong typing skills
- positive attitude and professional phone demeanor
- ability to work part-time hours
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- knowledge of hotel reservation systems preferred
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer interactions within hotels and/or food and beverage
- excellent mathematical, written, spoken, technical and computer skills
- desire for building a career in hospitality preferred
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- prioritize, organize and follow-up
- clear thinker with good judgment in problem resolution
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- maintain confidentiality of information
- ability to engage in multiple tasks simultaneously with thorough follow-up
- computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications

Job Duties
- Handle guest room reservation requests
- provide information about hotel facilities and local area
- block rooms and enter group rooming lists
- post prepayments and bill no-show reservations
- answer incoming calls and manage guest mail and faxes
- correspond with guests professionally before, during, and after their stay
- react quickly to guest service opportunities and recovery
