Nestled in the picturesque Carlsbad area, this resort is a beacon of sophisticated and approachable luxury, providing guests with a unique blend of relaxation and world-class recreation amid 200 lush acres of natural beauty. The resort boasts recently renovated facilities featuring striking architecture, a serene spa, and an 18-hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course, all contributing to the distinguished character of the Park Hyatt Aviara experience. This luxury resort is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality that meets the highest standards of service expected by its discerning clientele.

The role of a Reservations Coordinator at Park Hyatt Aviara is integral to the seamless operation of the hotel’s reservation system and guest services. The role also requires excellent typing skills, a pleasant attitude, and a strong phone presence, as the Reservations Coordinator is often the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will have experience using hotel systems such as Opera, Reserve, HotSOS, Zingle, Open Table, Infrasys or Micros, Book4Time, and Alice (Go Concierge), enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Park Hyatt Aviara offers a competitive hourly wage of $24.00 for this role, combined with a comprehensive benefits package supporting their colleagues' well-being and professional growth. Benefits include complimentary employee meals and parking, hotel nights and discounts at Hyatt properties globally, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, 401(k) with matching contributions, employee stock purchase plans, and educational reimbursement programs. These benefits are designed to enhance the employee experience, foster a supportive work environment, and encourage career development within the Hyatt organization.
