Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in reservations or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest and team inquiries
- Secure individual bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations
- Maintain attention to detail by recording and processing all reservations accurately
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales through promotion of hotel services and upgrades
- Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and helping identify potential business leads
- Liaise between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings & Conventions, and the Front Office to ensure accurate reservation details
- Manage group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes, and billing requirements
