Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year hotel experience in reservations or front office
- strong knowledge of Opera PMS and Reserve preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- familiarity with OTA extranets such as Expedia and Booking.com
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of hotel experience required
- reservations and/or front office preferred
- strong knowledge of Opera PMS and Reserve preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- ability to run and interpret hotel system reports
- familiarity with OTA extranets Expedia, Booking.com and understanding of deposit/cancellation policies
- exceptional attention to detail and time management
- able to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- able to coordinate effectively with internal departments
- ownership mindset with a proactive, systems-aware approach to guest and group servicing
- experience handling group rooming lists, suite blocking, and group billing setup is a strong plus
Job Duties
- Process and manage daily reservations activity across transient and group bookings in Opera and Reserve
- Run and audit key reports such as no-shows, cancellations, deposits, STEX, multi-room reservations, OTA discrepancies
- Block room types and suites for special requests, ADA needs, and package fulfillment with precision
- Monitor rate codes, room type balancing, and inventory accuracy across 30-90 day horizon
- Collaborate with Sales and Event teams to process group rooming lists, block adjustments, and group cut-offs
- Coordinate pre-arrival setups including routing, billing, deposits, and special alerts such as comps, VIP, LGLO
- Respond to pre-arrival guest inquiries and ensure resolution of failed or missing reservations via OTA extranets
- Send pickup reports, process turnovers, and track earned comps and commission structures for group blocks
- Support daily reconciliation of deposits and manage cancellation charges within policy windows
- Communicate with clarity and follow-up on cross-functional requests to minimize guest and operational risk
