Job Requirements
- hold a bachelor's degree in hotel management from an accredited and renowned university
- have 3 - 4 years of experience as reservations assistant manager or similar role in hospitality
- have qualification in revenue management desirable
- demonstrate excellent knowledge of PMS systems
- show leadership and attention to details skills

Job Duties
- ensure the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with reservations KPI objectives
- collaborate with sales, revenue, and hotel operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies
- supervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings
- identify and escalate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution
- monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution
- keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency
