Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in hospitality reservations management
  • knowledge of PMS systems
  • leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management from an accredited and renowned university
  • 3 to 4 years of experience as Reservations Assistant Manager or similar role in hospitality
  • Qualification in Revenue Management (desirable)
  • Excellent knowledge of PMS Systems
  • Leadership skills
  • Attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Ensure the delivery of internal and external service quality and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies
  • Supervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings
  • Identify and escalate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution
  • Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution
  • Keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency
