Job Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience working in a call centre environment is preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Courteous telephone manners
- Proficiency with computers
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Experience in a sales environment with ability to upsell
- Prior knowledge of Maestro software is an asset
- Consent to a criminal record check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Making, maintaining, and changing reservations for all Banff Jasper Collection owned hotels, attractions, FlyOver Canada, Brewster Express, and Brewster Sightseeing
- Handling phone call, email, and chat inquiries
- Qualifying and upselling potential clients
- Maintain accurate reservations and information in reservation system
- Assist guests with questions all while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Building and maintaining rapport and business relationships with our travel trade partners
- Working closely with Sales Managers on key accounts
- Working closely with Operations Supervisors and key team members
