Job Description
National Park Reservations is a leading independent lodging and activity provider specializing in helping tourists plan their visits to America's National Parks. Based near Glacier National Park in Montana, this company has established itself as a trusted expert in vacation planning, with a particular focus on national parks and gateway communities. Their specialized service enables clients to secure lodging and activities both inside the parks and in surrounding areas, providing an integrated and seamless experience for those looking to explore the breathtaking natural beauty of the United States. The company prides itself on delivering top-notch customer service and expert knowledge of national park destinations, making it easier for travelers to experience unforgettable adventures in the outdoors.
The current opportunity is for a full-time Reservation Agent who will work remotely from their home, provided they reside in Montana, Wyoming, Utah, or Arizona. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the National Parks, have excellent phone communication skills, and enjoy assisting customers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient with computers, capable of multitasking efficiently, and able to provide detailed and accurate information to clients. The position offers a competitive wage starting at $19.00 per hour during training, which increases to $20.00 per hour after completing the training, along with a range of bonus incentives that can significantly boost overall earnings.
Employees will undergo a paid training program conducted remotely using their own computer equipment. Upon successful completion, the company provides the necessary desktop computer system including monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam for continued work. A key requirement for this role is a reliable high-speed internet connection via an ethernet cable, as wireless connections are insufficient to support the company’s technology platform. The schedule is flexible to accommodate varied working hours, but dependability and professionalism are essential. By joining National Park Reservations, team members become part of a rewarding career path that values dedication, accuracy, and a love for the natural environment that America’s National Parks offer. This role not only provides a unique work-from-home experience but also the opportunity to contribute to helping customers plan memorable outdoor vacations.
