The Reservations Sales Manager position at The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans is a full-time management role with an annual pay range of $58,000 to $81,000, including eligibility for bonuses. This role centers on leading a team responsible for soliciting and managing reservations sales opportunities, maximizing revenue through strategic upselling, and ensuring exceptional customer service that builds loyalty and exceeds guest expectations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in achieving both personal and team revenue goals by leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscapes, and customer needs.

In this role, the Reservations Sales Manager will provide comprehensive training and leadership to the reservations sales staff, managing their daily activities and performance. They are tasked with actively identifying new business opportunities to boost property revenue while maintaining the highest quality of service. The manager will coordinate closely with the sales and convention services teams to oversee group reservations, monitor forecasts, and ensure accuracy in the reservation tracking systems. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • No prior work experience required or 2-year degree in related major
  • 2 years experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or front desk
  • Strong understanding of market conditions and sales techniques

Job Qualifications
