The company operates through a robust network of company-owned and independently operated dealerships, forming a strong community presence with a mission to provide customers with easy and efficient solutions for their relocation and storage needs. Beyond its core business, U-Haul is committed to cultivating a culture of health and wellness for its employees, providing numerous benefits and career growth opportunities.

The Reservation Manager Agent role at U-Haul is a vital position within the Traffic Control team, focused on ensuring superior customer service along with effective coordination between field team members and dealerships. This role involves managing reservations, equipment placement, and overall inventory distribution to meet customer demand dynamically and efficiently. Working directly under the Traffic Control Manager, a Reservation Manager Agent is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and supporting internal teams with resource allocation. The position demands a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

The agent's duties extend to reviewing usage reports, managing customer contracts, and assisting with U-Haul’s portable storage product, U-Box. The Reservation Manager Agent is instrumental in balancing equipment availability with regional market needs to maintain optimal inventory levels, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. The role promises career stability, numerous advancement opportunities, and a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00. U-Haul also offers an extensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision plans, a 401(k) savings plan, employee stock ownership, and other valuable perks such as paid holidays, life insurance, and educational reimbursement programs.
