We are currently looking for a Reservation Manager Agent to join our team at our West Seneca, New York location. This role is hourly compensated ranging from $15.50 to $18.00 and is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and enjoys providing exceptional customer service. This position directly supports the Traffic Control Manager and plays a critical role in managing reservations, coordinating equipment distribution, and supporting field teams and dealerships. The Reservation Manager Agent is responsible for balancing inventory levels by directing equipment allocation based on customer demand and productivity metrics to ensure the efficient operation within the regional market. Besides reservation management, this role also includes assistance with U-Haul's U-Box portable storage product, reinforcing U-Haul's commitment to customer satisfaction and market responsiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
  • Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking

Job Duties

  • Assist with calls from and to customers
  • Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement
  • Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels
  • Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to support creating equipment availability and accuracy
  • Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product
