Labcorp is seeking a Research Technician to join their Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI. This position operates on the third shift schedule from 3:00 am to 11:45 am, offering an hourly wage of $23, inclusive of a 12% shift differential. The Research Technician will be an integral part of the preclinical study processes by preparing test materials according to study protocols. This role involves learning and performing essential laboratory techniques such as preparing reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules, along with accurate data recording in both digital and written formats. The technician will be involved in formulation verification, sample disposition, and ensuring the safe handling of all materials. Collaboration with scientists and fellow technicians to maintain study integrity is a key aspect, as is upholding a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant laboratory environment. Additionally, the position emphasizes skill development in study setup, data organization, and client communication.
