Job Requirements

Ability to receive security clearance if necessary
Willingness to work part-time
Ability to adhere to all host site rules and OSHA regulations
Detail oriented and mission driven
Capacity to attend and complete required training
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Physical capability to perform rescue operations

Job Qualifications

Five years of rescue experience
Training in rope and confined space rescue per national standards
NFPA 1006 Certified Confined Space Rescue Technician
NFPA 1006 Certified Rope Rescue Technician
OSHA 10-hour certification
State EMT-B or Medical First Responder training
Ability to work effectively in small teams and fast-paced environments

Job Duties

Recognize signs and symptoms of exposure to potential atmospheric hazards
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Deliver first-aid and CPR, provide basic medical care to victims
Operate atmospheric monitors
Complete Permit Confined Space Entry permits accurately
Attend site-specific training as required by host employer
Adhere to Tribalco’s Safety and Health Policies
