Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand for 100 percent of the time during shift
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks for up to five hours at a time
  • Must have flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must present a professional, pleasant and courteous appearance at all times

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Articulate, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality, efficient, friendly and energetic customer service
  • Deliver excellent service aligning with Simon's service initiatives
  • Manage daily financial tasks including deposit and reconciliation for guest services programs
  • Maintain professional appearance and current marketing materials, signage and displays
  • Respond to guest and retailer inquiries with appropriate solutions
  • Follow cash handling procedures per corporate guidelines
  • Capture additional consumer information such as emails or charity donations
