Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for 100 percent of the time during shift
- Ability to perform multiple tasks for up to five hours at a time
- Must have flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must present a professional, pleasant and courteous appearance at all times
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Articulate, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide high quality, efficient, friendly and energetic customer service
- Deliver excellent service aligning with Simon's service initiatives
- Manage daily financial tasks including deposit and reconciliation for guest services programs
- Maintain professional appearance and current marketing materials, signage and displays
- Respond to guest and retailer inquiries with appropriate solutions
- Follow cash handling procedures per corporate guidelines
- Capture additional consumer information such as emails or charity donations
