The current role being offered is for a Member Support Specialist responsible for making outbound calls to members, completing assigned hand-dial lists, and providing proactive member support. This role is essential in ensuring members receive timely information and assistance, adhering strictly to departmental standards related to member interactions, call quality, and documentation requirements. The specialist schedules high-quality member appointments daily to meet departmental goals and completes member research requirements with accuracy and efficiency. The professional in this role must possess empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow scripting accurately to provide consistent and compassionate support. Ongoing training sessions are provided to enhance knowledge and service quality, highlighting the company's commitment to employee development. Bilingual skills are a significant asset, allowing the specialist to communicate effectively with a diverse member base. Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in a healthcare service environment or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • high attention to detail and ability to follow member interaction scripting
  • flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and workflows
  • compassionate and service oriented
  • bilingual (English and at least one additional language as required)
  • strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a healthcare service environment or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

  • healthcare administrative support experience in roles such as medical office assistant, patient services representative, medical receptionist, front desk coordinator, or scheduler preferred
