Molina Healthcare is currently seeking a Member Outreach Specialist to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. This hourly position offers competitive pay within the range of $20.34 to $30.39, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. The role primarily involves making outbound calls to members, completing assigned hand-dial lists, and providing proactive member support to enhance satisfaction and engagement. The Member Outreach Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that members receive timely and accurate information, assistance, and guidance related to their healthcare needs.
In this role, the Member Outreach Specialist is responsible for scheduling high-quality appointments daily to meet departmental goals, ensuring that members can access healthcare services efficiently. The position requires adherence to established standards for member interactions, call quality, and documentation to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The specialist will also conduct member research and complete hand-dial lists with accuracy and efficiency, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong commitment to service excellence.
To be successful, candidates must exhibit empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual abilities, particularly in English and at least one additional language, are highly valued to better serve Molina Healthcare's diverse population. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in a healthcare service environment or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Ability to follow member interaction scripting with high attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
- Compassionate and service oriented attitude
- Bilingual in English and at least one additional language, as required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in a healthcare service environment or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- High attention to detail and ability to follow member interaction scripting
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and workflows

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Healthcare administrative support experience in roles such as Medical Office Assistant, Patient Services Representative, Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Scheduler (preferred)
Job Duties
- Schedules high-quality member appointments daily to meet departmental goals
