The Driver position is a vital role responsible for maintaining smooth vehicle logistics by transferring rental cars within the facility and to designated off-site locations when necessary. Drivers play a key part in ensuring rental vehicles are ready for the next customer by transporting cars to washing and quick turnaround areas efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate should demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused attitude. This hands-on role involves frequent physical activity, including getting in and out of vehicles multiple times per day and walking considerable distances around the lot. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Drive cars from one location to another on the rental car lot premises
- Drive rental car returns to the car wash or quick turn area for cleaning and transport back to customer site
- Operate the motor vehicle in accordance with company and customer policies and state motor vehicle laws
- Respond to directions given by dispatch to deliver vehicles to appropriate locations
- Maintain strong customer service both internally and externally
- Follow specific customer policies for preparing vehicles for rental
- Meet productivity standards and benchmarks
- Move vehicles that are out of service to outside facility when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
