The establishment is currently seeking a Full-Time overnight Public Space House Person, a pivotal role responsible for maintaining impeccable standards across all assigned lobby areas, public restrooms, special cleaning assignments, and assisting with Room Attendant duties as needed. This role is integral to the guest experience, ensuring all public spaces reflect the hotel’s dedication to cleanliness and hospitality. Candidates for this position must be attentive, friendly, and courteous towards guests, managers, and fellow employees at all times. This role demands a strong commitment to workplace safety by practicing safe work habits to safeguard the well-being of guests, colleagues, and themselves. The Public Space House Person is expected to manage lost and found items per hotel standards, promptly report maintenance issues to supervisors, and be familiar with guest room cleaning procedures to provide support when necessary. Additional duties include delivering clean linens to designated sections, collecting soiled linens or trash from Room Attendants, and efficiently disposing of waste in external dumpsters according to hotel protocols. Maintenance of guest corridors, hallways, public areas, closets, and stairwells to meet stringent cleanliness standards is also required. The role involves routine vacuuming, timely cleaning and sanitation of public restrooms, and adherence to schedules for project cleaning of public spaces. The incumbent must also manage ash urns to hospitality standards. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain high standards in all assigned lobby areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public restrooms
