The role of Remote Solutions Architect at Coalition Technologies is a senior-level position designed for experienced professionals with a strong background in solutions engineering, senior-level software development, and expertise in eCommerce and CMS platforms. This position plays a critical role in bridging the technical and business aspects of projects by defining, planning, scoping, and executing web design and development initiatives. Working closely with sales, strategy, project management, design, and development teams, the Solutions Architect will engage in technical discovery, provide platform recommendations, support pre-sales consulting, and contribute to complex development needs. The role involves educating prospects and clients on platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and WordPress, delivering consultative advice based on business goals and analytics, and acting as a trusted advisor during the sales process.

The Solutions Architect supports Coalition Technologies’ efforts to maintain technical excellence and innovation, contributing to the development of new processes and best practices that enhance internal operations. The position also requires active participation in communicating technical solutions clearly through documentation, proposals, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
