Remote Second Shift Contact Center Representative – Full Time & Part Time

CBN is currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join its 700 Club Prayer Center as Remote Second Shift Contact Center Representatives. This role is integral to CBN’s ministry efforts, combining customer service excellence with spiritual engagement. Employees in this position will work primarily from home, maintaining a distraction-free workspace equipped with reliable high-speed internet, while handling inbound communications from both established and prospective CBN partners. They provide ministerial support through prayer founded on accepted Biblical doctrine, share information about CBN and affiliated ministries, and encourage financial support to sustain and expand CBN’s mission.

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with full-time roles including 40 hours per week and comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, paid time off, and a 75% tuition discount from Regent University. Part-time roles offer 20-25 hours per week alongside benefits including vacation leave, sick leave, and 401(k) participation. The contact center operates during the second shift hours, from 3:00 p.m. to midnight EST (2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. CST), with a shift differential included for those working these hours.

Candidates for the English language representative positions are compensated at $15.00 per hour, while bilingual English/Spanish representatives receive $15.25 per hour. The role demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and the ability to pray concise Scripture-based prayers. Representatives must be able to effectively manage multiple software applications and adapt to a fast-paced, structured work environment, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
