Job Requirements
- Reliable high speed internet access with minimum speed of 50mbps no satellite dish wireless internet service or dsl
- Must have router available to hardwire into computer equipment provided by CBN
- Must maintain distraction-free home office
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- One plus years of contact center or customer service experience
- Fluent English or bilingual English Spanish skills
- Strong computer navigation and software learning ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
Job Qualifications
- One plus years of experience as a contact center agent or similar customer service-related work
- Excellent ability to interact effectively with callers and perform contact center processes
- Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise scripture-based prayers
- Strong listening skills with ability to verbally empathize
- Fluent English or bilingual English/Spanish communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Strong reading comprehension with ability to sound genuine and authentic reading from a script
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office
- Ability to maintain consistent access to high-speed cable or fiber internet
- Strong computer skills including Windows OS, web browsers, email programs
- Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Coachable with ability to accept feedback and improve performance
- Excellent confidentiality and information safeguarding skills
- Strong punctuality and attendance
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff and public
- Self-motivated with independent and team collaboration skills
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Good manual dexterity for extended computer work
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Life application of Biblical principles aligned with CBN’s mission
Job Duties
- Communicate with established and prospective CBN partners through inbound calls
- Minister prayer using accepted biblical doctrine
- Share information about CBN and its affiliated ministries
- Encourage financial support for CBN’s mission
- Maintain a distraction-free home office environment
- Use Windows-based systems and web applications to process calls
- Adhere to structured, fast-paced work environment standards
