This role is specifically designed for experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) seeking a flexible, fully remote position with predictable W-2 compensation and comprehensive benefits. The successful candidate will enjoy clinical autonomy with control over their schedule, session formats, and patient population, all within a supportive outpatient telepsychiatry environment. You will provide psychiatric care to lower to moderate acuity patient populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.

In this position, clinical tasks involve comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy delivered through a fully remote outpatient model. Each session follows standard lengths—typically 60-minute initial intakes and 30-minute follow-ups—to maintain high-quality clinical standards without the pressure to shorten visits or increase patient volume.

Talkiatry offers robust operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing assistance, enabling clinicians to focus exclusively on patient care with minimal administrative burden.
