The workday is structured around standard session lengths—60-minute intake assessments and 30-minute follow-up appointments—allowing clinicians to manage their schedules with clinical autonomy and without the pressure to shorten visits or increase patient volumes artificially. There is no involvement with inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage, which enables PMHNPs to focus wholly on outpatient care within an integrated care model. Talkiatry provides full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing, ensuring clinicians can focus on patient care.
