Job Description

AAA The Auto Club Group (ACG) is a leading provider of membership, travel, insurance, and financial services to over 14 million members and customers across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories. Operating under well-known brands such as AAA, Meemic, and Fremont, ACG is part of the national AAA federation and represents the second largest AAA club in North America. The company prides itself on its longstanding heritage of offering quality service and support to members through innovative and advanced technology platforms. With a firm commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and a positive work environment, ACG fosters a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow their careers. The company offers competitive compensation packages, comprehensive benefits, and clear paths for professional development. Their dedication to equitable and performance-based pay ensures employees are rewarded fairly based on their contributions and experience while considering geographic pay differentials as part of salary structures.

The position available is for an Insurance Customer Sales and Service Representative, a full-time, hourly role designed for individuals who excel in high-volume, fast-paced call center settings. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage directly with both internal and external customers, providing outstanding service and support focused on insurance and membership products. Employees in this role will use strong communication skills to explain product features, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and complete sales to meet production goals. This position is remote, allowing employees to work from home full-time while benefiting from a stable and supportive work environment. Training for this role is fully paid and structured to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing success. The role also provides opportunities to develop expertise in cross-selling services, managing concurrent customer interactions across multiple platforms including chat, voice, and email, and collaborating with specialized departments to enhance customer service quality.

Joining AAA The Auto Club Group means becoming part of a team dedicated to driving your career forward. Employees enjoy hourly wages starting at $21.75 plus bonuses and sales incentives, overtime pay at time and a half, and a wide array of benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k with employer match, paid leave including parental and volunteer days, tuition assistance, and professional certification reimbursements. The company also offers an attractive $1,000 sign-on bonus for licensed Property and Casualty agents who are new to ACG.

Candidates interested in this role should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have experience in providing customer-focused service, proficiency with PC Windows environments, and expertise in managing monetary transactions and cross-selling. A current Property & Casualty Insurance license is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain state-specific licenses as necessary is important. Preferred qualifications include college-level coursework or relevant certification and proven ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts with an organized schedule post-training.

This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals seeking a role with structure, support, and clear advancement potential within a reputable and employee-centered organization. Applicants are encouraged to apply to become a part of a company that not only delivers excellent service to its large member base but also deeply values the growth, health, and well-being of its workforce.
