Job Description

Liberty Mutual Insurance is a leading global insurer committed to helping customers embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow. As part of the Fortune 100, Liberty Mutual offers a dynamic work environment focused on growth, inclusivity, and employee well-being. Known for its comprehensive benefits, professional development opportunities, and industry-leading training programs, Liberty Mutual strives to build an inclusive workplace where every employee can thrive and make a meaningful impact. The company emphasizes support, integrity, and a customer-first mindset in all its operations, seeking team members who share these values and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. Their Contact Center Sales Organization plays a crucial role in representing the Liberty Mutual brand, focusing on inbound sales with warm leads rather than cold calling to support successful customer interactions from the start.

The Inside Sales Representative position at Liberty Mutual offers a rewarding and growth-oriented career path. This role involves handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs, and matching them with the appropriate insurance products and coverages. Representatives receive paid training and licensing in all 50 states, with paid licensing and training opportunities included. Starting with a base salary of approximately $45,000, the role offers an average earning potential ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, with top performers earning $85,000 or more annually after the second year. Comprehensive benefits start on day one, and flexible work arrangements are available to support a strong work-life balance. This job is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate sellers, reliable teammates, and customer-centric closers, with a positive and persuasive personality.

Working with Liberty Mutual means joining a company that values integrity and supports its employees with robust resources including comprehensive medical benefits, paid training over 16-18 weeks depending on licensing status, and a professional remote workspace with provided computer equipment. The role requires a minimum schedule availability of four weekdays and one weekend day, offering shifts during later hours to accommodate various lifestyles. Sales representatives must maintain a Property & Casualty insurance license, with paid training provided for those without one at the time of hire. This opportunity is available for candidates residing in specific states across the U.S., ensuring access to a broad market while maintaining focused support for local customers.

Liberty Mutual fosters a culture that celebrates diverse perspectives and promotes inclusion through Employee Resource Groups and an environment that encourages personal and professional development. The company is committed to fair chance hiring policies and non-discrimination across all protected classes. Joining as an Inside Sales Representative provides one a chance to be part of a national leader in insurance, with the tools, support, and community needed to build a successful and fulfilling career in insurance sales.
